The Hunters Creek North Neighborhood Assocation (HCNNA) was incorporated by the State of Texas in November 1989.

Goals - Maintain the beauty and value of Hunters Creek North by:

  • Maintaining and landscaping perimeter and main entrance areas
  • Ensure deed restrictions are upheld (Architectural Control Committee)
  • Represent the neighborhood concerning city issues that impact our community (zoning).
  • Consider future improvements that would enhance our community.
In order to manage our neighborhood effectively and accomplish these goals, as well as the benefits which are listed below, we rely exclusively on annual dues. The annual dues pay for all of the services indicated above and below. Most of these services are done by volunteer neighbors in an effort to keep our costs low. We would welcome your involvement in any of the activities in our neighborhood. There is also a $250 homeowner transfer fee that is due and payable at or before closing any time a home in the neighborhood changes ownership. This will register the new owner, and they will receive a copy of the community deed restrictions.

Your annual dues also provide these benefits:

  • Queens Forest Swim & Tennis Club membership for you and your family
  • Security Patrols at varying times of the week
  • Personal Surveillance of your home while you're away (if requested)
  • e-Mail Security Network - ggrelli@satx.rr.com
  • Park Forest/Hunters Creek North Newsletter published bi-monthly
  • HCN Vehicle Sticker program to readily identify vehicles not belonging in HCN
  • Social Hour Parties for all neighbors held the second Friday of each month (excluding December)
  • HOA Officers - click here to see the slate of Neighborhood Officers

Trash Schedules:

  • Trash pickup is every Tuesday, and recycling pickup is every Friday
  • Please keep your new trash bins out of plain sight on your property, when not out for pickup.
  • Approximately twice per year there will be a large item and tree limb pickup. Call 311 to learn the dates (usually in April and October).
