The ACC was established to uphold the protective covenants established for the various units in Hunter Creek North. No building, roof, fence, wall, or other structure or extensive repairs which replace original material with a different material, shall be commenced, erected, placed, maintained, or permitted until the construction plans have been approved in writing by the ACC. Submit your plans to:
Boat and Trailer Parking - No boat, trailer, recreational vehicle, or inoperable vehicle shall be parked for storage on any portion of the driveway or front yard in front of the building line of the permanent structure. No commercial vehicle bearing commercial insignia or names shall be parked on any lot except within an enclosed structure or screened area. Sheds or outdoor storage units II and III shall be composed of the same building materials including roofing material as the permanent structure.
